Hello, I'm Simon Stead.
I have been meditating for over 27 years and have found it an immense help in my life. I feel there is a lot I can share with you about how to slow down and reconnect with your life as it is now, that will be enriching and enlivening.
In this programme, we can examine the difficulties of living in the modern world and come up with solutions to stress, anxiety and overwhelm.
Together, we will explore practical tools you can take home to help you bring back a little balance and calm, to notice simple pleasures and enjoy your life more. Ultimately, we will look at how to create more psychological freedom from the thoughts and thinking that dominate our minds, to help you connect with those around you and move forward with your life. I’d like to help you learn to meditate too.

Sometimes life can feel too heavy, confusing or just harder than it should - and that’s okay.
Whether you’re carrying stress, anxiety or simply a quiet feeling that something needs to change, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. Maybe you are looking for support for major transitions in your life, or a new more authentic way to be. Perhaps you want to build greater self awareness, emotional resilience and find a calmer, more grounded way of living.
This course offers a gentle, supportive space to do just that. To pause, breathe, calm and begin to understand yourself a little better - at your own pace, in your own way.
