Booking a Place
Booking a place is easy. Just send me an email letting me know when you are free and we can arrange a 10 min no obligation conversation over the phone.
In this conversation we will talk about - if the course right for you, the course structure, what you would like to get out of it and your current life situation, if relevant.
I may also be able to address any concerns or questions you might have. E.g - We sit in chairs and not on the floor. All meditations are completely guided and you need no experience beforehand. Everything is made easy for you explore and learn.

Payment
The RRP for this course is £350. However, I am offing an introductory price for a limited time period of £250. Payment of £250 should be made in full before the course starts or in two payments, one before the course starts and one before week 5. Please note - We also offer concession rates. Simon is a knowledgeable and experienced teacher who has kept me engaged throughout. He is patient, non judgemental and open to each person's journey during the process.
