This course has been developed from the Mindfulness Now 8-Week Programme, which is a structured, evidence-based course integrating both Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). It’s designed to support people from all walks of life in managing stress, anxiety, and low mood — while deepening wellbeing, self-awareness and compassion.
Whether you're new to mindfulness or seeking to deepen your existing practice, this course provides a safe and supportive space to explore how mindfulness can transform everyday life.

What Does the Programme Involve?
