Course details 

This course has been developed from the Mindfulness Now 8-Week Programme, which is a structured, evidence-based course integrating both Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). It’s designed to support people from all walks of life in managing stress, anxiety, and low mood — while deepening wellbeing, self-awareness and compassion.

Whether you're new to mindfulness or seeking to deepen your existing practice, this course provides a safe and supportive space to explore how mindfulness can transform everyday life.

What Will I Get Out of It?

 

·  Learn practical tools to manage stress, anxiety and overwhelm

·  Build emotional resilience and psychological flexibility

·  Experience more presence, calm and connection in your daily life

·  Gain insights into your patterns of thinking and behaviour

·  Improve sleep, focus, and overall wellbeing

·  Access guided meditations and supportive resources between sessions

What Does the Programme Involve?

 

  • 8 weekly sessions (typically 2 hours each)

  • Home practice per day (approx. 20–30 minutes)

  • A mix of guided mindfulness practices, gentle movement, group reflection and learning

  • Optional one-to-one support

Just your willingness to take part and be curious.

To get the most from the programme, we invite you to:

  • Attend all sessions where possible

  • Engage with home practice between sessions

  • Bring an open mind, and a kind attitude towards yourself as you learn
